Until they have a survey thst people dont have to log on with there user ids they will never get the truth. Then know this and thats why they dont change it. All looks good to the public. Surveys are a joke anyway.

Our PTC chose 1 person from each department to complete the survey today. I was brutally honest within my responses. Although you signed in through your ptcs sign on, it would still be to target which associate completed the survey. Questions like, male or female. White or black. LGBT. Age range. Employee or Lead. Years with company. Etc. And my favorite, "What would you change about the company?" And "Can we have your email or telephone number to discuss further based on our answers?" Umm, no. Retaliation is a favorite word at our store!
