Stores are miserably slow

People are shopping on line or indirect
Managers have HUGE work loads
Business customers aren’t even buying
Leadership continues to turn a blind eye to shadyness as long as you kill your numbers
Reps hate the new commission structure
The new hires that are coming through the doors are a joke
@cfk You obviously are living in fear. There are places that offer better schedules, better pay & benefit packages than Verizon.
FYI I was a CONSISTENT Windfall hitting Solutions Specialist. I got TF out because I knew this was coming & I didn’t want to sound like you.

@cfk You obviously don’t work in New York because, if you did, you would know that New York State’s Paid Family Leave provides New Yorkers with job-protected, paid leave to bond with a new child, care for a loved one with a serious health condition or to help relieve family pressures when someone is called to active military service abroad. Here you do not have to choose between caring for a loved one and risking economic security.
@nce You obviously didn’t work at Verizon because if you did, you would know that the benefits are hard to much or comes close to. Name a company that gives 2 months maternity leave for the not only the mother but even if the employee is the father. I take a week off every quarter and still have vacation days leftover. Plus 40 hours for personal. I can go on and on but there’s way too much to list. I have to agree that Verizon isn’t the place it used to be but when I ask my friends about their benefits package it makes me second guess looking at quitting.

Glad I got out 2 months ago... now working at a very well known company where I get tons of vacation and time off, THE MANAGEMENT isn’t incompetent & the salary is at the top of the charts. I get weekends off and my life is AMAZING! I get to spend it with my loved ones.
Y’all gotta get out. Retail is DEAD or DYING as the people have become smarter & they don’t NEED someone to sell them a phone. They order & learn how to use it & guess what IF they don’t....the uber slow retail stores will end up taking their issues & gain nothing in return, but a BAD DAY!
Listen, you guys work for Verizon. Companies will pounce on you because of THAT alone. You know NPS, You know metrics, Goals are what you’re used to... beef up that resume & GET OUT NOW!
