Digital / Online retail lives on without need to pay sales in the middle. Amazon-esque fulfillment centers and SIM card dispensing machines are just over the Verizon. Embrace obselesence, display adaptability, move on.

Unions won't help them closing stores for sub par performance there are issues with VZW but most of you are just lazy

Verizon makes $100+ billion a year. Retail is not dead we could literally keep the stores open for years, we have the money. There is a purge beginning and the best of the best will be kept. This isn't an easy job if you want that join T-Mobile, but let me share a secret my friend, they want to be us. So if you go join them which we would prefer, you will eventually be an outlier at that company because they are trying to ramp up to our standards and culture, this place isn't for everyone.

I don't know why they keep them open. Same old Verizon ignorance, always beating its head against the wall. "Its the network! But the network! Better matters!"
