I have recently got an offer from CCBU in grade 12. But I can see a lot of firing going on in the BU and some threads are also sharing the same. If anyone can share their thoughts, on its current situation if it is good to join the unit ?

Join, but be prepared to be laid-off next year. Very bad and sarcastic management.
I would be surprised if the offer was for BXB office
This is a dead BU. Their products are now in maintenance mode and the work is done by a team of ex-Wipro engineers who have been hired as Cisco employees. The product managers are a group of Cisco politicians who have survived by l!cking toes of their masters. Overall, waste of time to spend here. The revenue if flat and Cisco is getting tough competition by Amazon in this field.
I would not recommend joining that BU.

Time to shutdown BXB CCBU. Corrupt VP, Dir, DE/PEs have siphoned $$$ off Cisco over the years.
