Think about it the VERY COMPANY YOU WORK FOR IS PUNISHING YOU FOR WORKING FOR THEM. What other companies plays games with their own workers pay as much as Verizon.
Rather than do something about it you come here and piss and moan, what exactly are you hoping to accomplish by doing that?
Wireless workers don’t have a steward because they think Unions are big and evil, but you know the company they work for can **** them over every which way they can and that’s ok.
Talk to your steward. If they are arbitrarily changing pay or working conditions outside of the written language they are in violation. There are provisions to deal with disputes. Whenever we have an issue at my location it is usually fixed quickly.
Everyone does have options, but that doesn’t address a problem that faces VZW workers. Why a company that keeps pumping profits and constantly rewards their CEOs with bonuses, pay increases and golden parachutes constantly play with the frontline workers pay and jerks them around. Its a sad state of affairs when your own workers don’t know if they will make a paycheck or not, not because they’re not selling and not because they’re not trying but because the company they work for is basically punishing them for working for them. Think about that.......
ThIs is what I don’t understand, everyone has an option. Everyone either stays or finds another job. So please all are employed as much as the company employees anyone. Everyone has a choice then, now and tomorrow. We are adults so lets behave like one and we all have choices. It doesnt matter whether anyone has worked 1 year or 111 years in any company. I do not support, neither am i against the company policies. They are here to make profits and we are here to earn a wage...to pay bills. So please grow up and move on or move out. This is a free country the last I checked.. Everyone is replaceable, its a matter of time. Gone are those days when our parents used to retire from the same Organisation they started their career people.
Like said i dont support or against any Organisation. Empathy .... Be a infinite player in the game theory. If you are a finite player against an infinite player, your are gonna loose. It’s proven. Google it.
I decided to do something about it and leave. Feels like leaving an abusive relationship. I probably won’t even get a check for my last commissions check because the new structure is awful.
