As For Racism respectfully, that is a two way street. Prejudice if you will, works both ways. I think it was about decisions made by the FMM that could be called into question, if I understand the posts. I do not know the individual or anything about how he/ she might conduct their job in the Market in question. Sometimes it’s just simply a misunderstanding , those not having insight

into the process may feel disenfranchised, regardless of their ethnicity. Not a place I wish to go. Misunderstanding happens .

You are correct but there is a right way and wrong way to do each of the things you suggest. Many are not doing the job , the real question is why? Leadership has a responsibility to help a team or CM get there with their team. You can decide what you believe is appropriate. There are many ways to make a point, I believe many comments are just suggesting it should be a respectful process that’s all really. When lines are crossed it becomes a very different and adversarial contentious relationship. That , trust me, helps no one. Just ends in a poor result for the Associate / s , the business and the Company. We have lost a lot of experienced Managers. It hurts our ability to execute . Just the true picture.

If managers did their jobs the Clubs would look good and the associates would get a good sams share, instead of having bad visits due to incompetent managers that feel they are picked on.

The Union would absolutely encourage conversation and push to promote many forms of media to communicate. That is Fake News. They are all about pushing their agenda getting their message out. Most importantly how you would go about signing and eventually creating a bargaining unit for the purposes of serving the Company with a Pwtition or series of them assuming that’s the way they pursue a campaign . Poster is simply ignorant of the process. No disrespect intended . Not Pro or Con just saying that is their end game.

Record these people and hold them Accountable for all of their Actions. The situation in Market 15 could never have gone on in a modern progressive Company.
