Any long term contractors reclassified to temp due to a single managed service SOW? Any chance to change your SOW to multiple resource managed service by adding your SOW to other Multiple resources? The reclassification to temp will restrict you to work for Cisco for only one year, anyone survived the reclassification?

LOL, that sounds fun...but I was told that you have to be out for at least a year or two, not 4 weeks...that's the sad part.
Well once you are classified as Temp work for 1 year then take 4 weeks off (leave the company, you CEC is deactivated). Come back after 4 weeks and get back as a contractor and work for the next 5 years after which you will be switched to Temp. Repeat the same process again till you retire/die or you're LR'ed.
