Of course they will. So far, NINETEEN people have signed!!!! Can any executive team ignore such as a huge outpouring of public rage?
commission is almost gone. Why don't people see that? It will soon be completely gone and VZW will save tons of more money. It's as if people cannot see where things are heading. I left for that exact reason. Made my good money ,used their tuition asst and left for a way better job.
Do you honestly believe that the management of this company really cares what you think the commission plan should be? If you do, then you are sadly, sadly mistaken. And if you think they are going to change it based on a self-serving petition to increase your pay and reduce the company's profit, you would be wrong.

I would expect that replacing the staff with trained minature horses would certainly cause a temporary spike in visits to the store due to the curiosity factor. Is that your idea Hans?
Also, don't know how the acquisition, training and maintenance costs would compare. Unlike human staff, you have to supply for food.....
Why not just pay you an amount for every phone you do, every plan you do, every accessory you sell. None of this bucket/divider/multiplier c-ap. Just a normal commission

Wrong. If you were an honest person, you wouldn't work Verizon retail. Nothing but put together factories those stores are. Honest people can't succeed in that environment.
I like how people are being pricks about us not liking the new commissions structure. You have to remember that some of us are honest people just trying to feed our families. The company has dramatically decreased our structure. Unfortunately I have to pay my rent off commissions but it is what it is. Next month I may not get a check. What am I going to do? Thankfully I am leaving the company this month but I can see why people are upset. They did this out of nowhere and dramatically affected our pay.
Sorry I was busy signing the petition to raise fast food workers wage to $50 an hour so they can support their families.
Verizon is a business, not a charity.

ThIs is what I don’t understand, everyone has an option. Everyone either stays or finds another job. So please all are employed as much as the company employees anyone. Everyone has a choice then, now and tomorrow. We are adults so lets behave like one and we all have choices. It doesnt matter whether anyone has worked 1 year or 111 years in any company. I do not support, neither am i against any company policies. They are here to make profits and we are here to earn a wage...to pay bills. So please grow up and move on or move out. This is a free country the last I checked.. Everyone is replaceable, its a matter of time. Gone are those days when our parents used to retire from the same Organisation they started their career people.
Like said i dont support or against any Organisation. Empathy .... Be a infinite player in the game theory. If you are a finite player against an infinite player, your are gonna loose. It’s proven. Google it. Be a sheep or be one among the sheep ....bring value...or like I said everyone has an options !!

if hans changes compensation based on 1 stupid petition , then the whole employee base will make petitions for their benefit.
this petition reflects the overall stupidity of the wireless store staff.....uneducated low lives. the job pays your worth and as of now you are worthless.
Noble cause but I'm not airing my public name and info. Def against company policy and if not they would find away for it to be. 100% I know higher ups monitor this board and many more. I do agree the new comp plan is trash. Oh how I wish those trial stores stood up for them selves and oh how.i know it wouldn't have mattered if they did. I'm usually a top to mid top rep and it's almost impossible to hit a check. I'm close with my leaders and they are stressed even more. Thenamoubt of phone adds we need a day just to hit an1.0 is insane. Even being one of the better performers I wish they just rolled pay into a higher hourly; for the amount of bill pays , troubleshooting and other b---s--- we do it's hard to tell sometimes if this is a sales job anymore , half the time it's like throwing darts in the dark and wind trying to get a sale because all the customer wants to wait 30 mins in a que for is to see if you have their Yahoo password. Personally I'm going to try to milk the tutition assistance and get another degree all while pretending to try and care. Ain't it funny how HUM was $50 sales dollars and no one sold it so they raised it to 100.
