It is very apparent many people are not happy with the Company’s direction or its
Leadership. They have contempt for the Company and it’s Leaders. Much of it self
inflicted for various reasons. That said this forum is really for keeping it real, not pissing
on somebody ‘s cornflakes because we are
upset about this, or that. With this team or not . Who cares really? We should stick to the job forum . Layoffs elimination of positions. To give our folks a heads up. Maybe we can hit a reset button and try keeping that in mind. I mean no disrespect to posters , within reason you can speak your mind even if it upsets others . Within reason. Just think it’s really not what the intention of this platform was/ is designed to be. It’s morphed into an uglier version. Not to suggest these points are not legit. But if you have a legit complaint run it up the flag pole. Give the system a chance, if you get no results call Ethics , again if you have a legit ethical issue. Not a personality conflict.
It will make the sight more useable to Associates , which is to inform. Rumors often become fact. If we tone down the volume, stay away from personal feelings it will be better for all, maybe more helpful .
If you’re boss is a jerk, hey it happens . Try to deal with it or seriously just move on !
Trust and Believe God guides your Steps! Faith is truly not believing God Can, but that he Will..!! If you really believe this at the core of your being!! You will be alright!
Life is way to short to be this upset or angry!
Find a better more comfortable place to work! It is what it is! Stressing over it or people, won’t change a thing . Be the change you seek. Let’s look forward at the positive future not hurts of the past! Zero Sum Game!
