If you would like to know if you are getting laid off, do the following: take 3 pieces of paper, write the word yes on each one, crumble them up and throw them onto the ground, next ask the question: Am I going to be laid off? choose on of the pieces of paper, open it up and it will give you your answer.

There has been lots of Conference calls the last 2 days! Hummmm
It's anybody's guess but I would say the end of the fiscal year. All the new systems will be up and running, Career Preference switches over, and they can tell us 20 to 30 years of experience and being a constant positive force in our clubs no longer has a value.
When are they playing on telling personnel about layoffs?
