Managers meeting today going over same day accessory returns. Several stores were already being investigated for reps who are processing doa/wfg accessory exchanges multiple times at once, or going as far as to even process exchanges when the customer isn’t even present in order to gain sales dollar revenue in their sales bucket. This is fact since every time you process an accessory exchange you’re paid sales dollars to your bucket. Good luck to all. This came from upper management btw.

Well technically the only way to make real money is to exploit a glitch in the matrix...clears throat... I mean system.
UMC is correct. If you don’t believe him, go pull up commissions on vzweb search bar. There has always been confusion over how accessory return/exchanges affect commission but the rep processing the return never gets negatively affected by the transaction on their paycheck no matter what the daily tracker says. You also do not make any money of the exchange unless the exchange accessory is more than the original item price. If anything different is happening then it is a glitch in the system.
You don't get money in your bucket for even exchanges! Only if you bill out more than was returned. If you return 39.99 and bill out 39.99 on the same invoice it's a net of zero.
