things outside O are not rosy, but accepting an O affer is just like jumping from the frying pan to the fire.
actually much better find hard another job, never come into this rotted company, there is nothing to gain, no future, no competencies, no skills, just a stab-the-back-of-your-mate culture in a highly demotivating environment led by dumb--s monkeys.

There are plenty of companies having large layoffs. That's why this website exists.
