Mkt 50 I dont think marketing/membership is needed as much as you think. They seem to be slowing phasing out that position. Its plain to see. Better offers on line. Search the web and look at all the offers then say those position wont be going away.
Will not be marketing they still need us! Besides who will bring in new members, receiving, Ptc they putting this on all other team leads with no pay.
MTL will be before Rec Clerk or PTC. Just my opinion.
First is not an issue. 1st would be GREAT. The next one would continue to suffer through the anticipation of when they will go.

I don't foresee them finished after that. Get rid of high paying positions, get someone else to fill in part time because they will never make $ what these positions are being paid now in 40 years if they was to stay with the company.
Managers/TL/MES don’t have time to do all of the PTC duties. If home office thinks this then where is this fully staffed, not trying to cut payroll like lunatics, and having the left over associates to do triple the work club located at and how can I transfer? I don’t foresee PTC going away. I worked at a company that used workday for HR and for even clocking in. If anything it’s useful.
I’m a Receiving Clerk and I’m still here. Mkt 62 as well.
PTC isn’t gone yet. After watching the People Modernization videos I’m sure it’s only a matter of time but definitely not yet.
