These poor people are going to be slaughtered in the next 2 years!! Apparently information leaked that most of them will be sold off to outsource centers. Yes they should have gone union!! But they were brainwashed to be anti union. Now us union folks have a contract that has been extended to 2023! I am grateful! But it saddens me to see so many desperate posts from the wireless side. Instead of bashing them and making rude comments.. let’s help them make one last ditch effort to unionize before all of them are sent home to work. Because then... it will be too late.

Your paycheck lower than non-union cell phone stores? Thank the union. Just ask AT&T retail employees how much they love they’re union. I didn’t have to go to the AT&T store to ask because in my zone, we have plenty of former AT&T employees working. Their reason for leaving was the low pay.

The reason for the longer contract is 5G rollout.
VZ does not anything slowing that down.
As for the stores, most if not all will be gone in 5 years.
As for IT, it will be rebadged by year end for most.

Lord hears the union battle blah blah blah. Unions of also lead to mind-boggling absence rates. Unions of also led to horrible horrible results. You should be happy you're in the Union.
U wireless guys could go f yourselves just like you told us on the strike line..stop crying you are replaceable
It will help you keep your job!!! The wireless side is beyond help. Don’t waste your time trying to help them.
All of those laws are in place. What is a union goin to bring to the table now?
I believe one of the reasons for the contract extension was to placate and make docile the wireline side. Because of their long extension, they will be fat dumb and happy with no incentive to provide any support for organizing in other parts of the business.
