If you have been with this company less than 5 years why are you still here. You really must enjoy a 10-15 cent raise a year. What a joke. Do you really have no self motivation to go out and find something else. If this is you and you are on here b--ching and complaining go look in the mirror and thats who you can blame for the way things are going. GET THE F--- OUT OF SAMS there is no future with this company unless for some ungodly reason you are thinking about going into management and if thats the case you cant be helped.
