Does anyone know what the official exceptions are to remain in the MyWork program? There is a document someone emailed that was very vague, but one reason was "personal hardship". This seems very subjective. The other question I have is how location is determined when you are asked to return? Are people allowed to select a location closest to their home? It seems it is really just about putting butts in seat to fill real estate. Rumor is that our group is getting our marching back in orders soon. Still riding the wave, but probably not for long in Consumer Lending.

A friend was ordered back to the office a few months ago, but is still WFH. They must know, as nominal boss is at the site, and the leased Cisco router is still in use.
They have been telling Consumer Lending they were coming back in for at least three years...not enough time to prepare?

In my experience, you were not able to pick your work location. I drive by a close location because my work group is located in another location. Each group has a % they have to manage to for % work from home - it will be harder to get approved to WFH if your group is above the %
Medical accommodation or Personal hardship - the Bank gets to decide whether your circumstances qualify you for an exception to work from home. Yes, working from home is now an exception, not an option. And typically, you are given the option to go to work in a Hub City or terminate your employment (not eligible for layoff).
