It's going to be the new joint HQ of Waffle House and Chick-Fil-A with Bass Pro Shops possibly moving in as well.
I heard the people who got sold off to P in Lawrenceville got a bad deal, same base salary with no bonus or stock. Not sure why those people would accept such a pay cut, I guess there are no other Lawrenceville jobs
