Who else gets really sad when they search for Sears to see what's new and they are buried in articles on how to take best advantage of a store closing, how to get the best deals, and similar?
It's like watching vultures circling the wagons. Nobody gives a damn about people losing their jobs as long as they can get a great deal out of it.
How low we have fallen as a society...
If the people are not "vultures" and going after the deals, then Sears/kmart has no cash flow to pay the salaries of the other stores that are staying open.
The only "new and exciting news about Sears" IS concerning the closings. Not sure why you're here.
Considering how bad Sears's advertised pricing was on name brand (not that Kenmore c-ap) for the last 15+ years its hard to feel sorry for you. Around here it was easy to walk into any chain or independent appliance dealer and get quoted a lower price than at Sears. Sears always wanted to play the "bring me your best offer and I'll match" game. Sorry, just going with the best offer to start.
When do the commission sales people go on benefit rate during a closing?
People should know the drill by now what the liquidation pricing is all about . Best time to buy is a week before closing is announced .
Our Sears store is currently closing. The online Sears appliance prices are better and with delivery than our in store closing prices with no delivery. What a ripoff but people are still buying in store.
Alot of the appliance deals I'm seeing right now are better than the picked over selections during a closure. I don't know why people wait but it is kinda sad.
