will never be able to handle the volume. If the CEO thinks it will help the company by using cheap labor, he is sadly mistaken. I've seen first hand what Manila does, their quotas are so high, they just send it back to the states to get it out of their queues. Once AIG gets rid of all the seasoned people, who know how to handle claims, Manila won't have anywhere to send them back to. This, is going to be the demise of AIG, the last leg of the chair will be kicked out.

It's already mass chaos
They haven't a clue as to what we experience with Manila. I don't believe they care either. It will be mass chaos
