Spoke with executive who had meeting earlier today. SMB Specialist role will end as of Jan 2019. In most markets the smb specialist is an expendable role. Why pay someone to do the work that reps and managers can do in store.

Reps can barely sell to regular customers and SMs do nothing but sit back and wait to coach someone for not selling HUM.
