The managers and HR are so desperate to force high morale, they are making it mandatory that everybody participate in the Honeywell Clearwater Olympics. If you don't sign up for one of the "games" (tug of war, cornhole, etc.), the managers have been instructed to forcibly sign up all of their employees, even if the employees have requested to not participate.
What type of company makes participation in these types of events mandatory?
A totally f%$#ed up company like Honeywell does it.
The only thing Honeywell won't outsource is management, which is exactly what it needs to outsource.

Clearly the actions of Honeywells infamous HR team to coerce or force their thoughts into the minds of employees. Its like beating a kid with a stick cause the kid didn’t want to play with you after school.
I had thought I had seen all kinda people but the HR over here in HON are an exceptional lot that puts Stalin worshippers to shame.

Participate; get injured; go on short term disability with medical paid by workers' comp instead of your Honeywell insurance. Tore an ACL at another company "event" decades ago and that's how it played out since it was a company mandated function.
Aero finance tries to do the same thing but not all the leaders want to play.
Used to be "Old-limp-ics". Entire thing was stopped as more sensitive children started running the place and felt it was discriminatory in it's name and dangerous in it's execution.
??Cornholing has been mandatory for years at Honeywell. what I want to know is with the yield numbers and EEI being the topic of daily conversation, what budget are they charging the cornholing to? if you are not direct charging a project your in for more, So BOHICA.
