They use a third party to try to deny benefits. They also misreport your income and other circumstances to try to save their unemployment premiums. Disgusting. No ethics.

Unethical. It should be against the law.
You are telling me that they let you go, and then fight a few hundred dollars that they don’t even have to pay out of pocket? All for insurance premiums. That’s just corporate greed.

That’s terrible. I would fight them tooth and nail. Expose them for who they are.
