8/30 was identified by multiple people, and the last wave as well. I guess some of The doubters are either in denial or are really gullible when they talk to their managers. My thoughts are with the hundreds of people losing their jobs today. Adversity may show its face, but the future is bright.

Get out now!!
You have to wonder if the bigger plan is to cut everything to the proverbial marrow of the bone in order to make the company more attractive when they put it on the market to sell? They are disrupting the supply chain by severing our relationship with Fuji but we have yet to hear of their alternative plan for a supply chain which takes years to move that to a new vendor. XRX also did a study a few years ago and it was deemed cost ineffective to sever the Fuji partnership so you have to wonder what is actual the "master plan"???
46 out from Xerox India today.
Again another naysayer, but over 100 in Rochester, India, and sales in east and central. Sales as well in West. Pms and engineers. Many from XIM and some from ops. That’s so far today, and much more to come in future waves.
It's reached a point of being RIDICULOUS!!! An employee I know was let go today. This person was the ONLY person who truly understood an enormous initiative ( one that is being watched from high up on the food chain) The replacement is clueless. If the company saw fit to take that action, I can only assume the person who cleans the restrooms will soon be selling, and servicing equipment as well as handling customer requests.
Where are the "hundreds of people" losing their jobs today located? I haven't heard of anyone here.
I've heard from a manager that Webster will lose 20 to 30% of it's employees by the end of 2018. There may or may not be any facts supporting it, but I think everyone in this company needs to be prepared to lose their position.

Create a LinkedIn profile so recruiters can find and contact you.
Reach out to other contacts on LinkedIn to build your network.
Cut back on expenses if you can and build an emergency fund.
And finally, instead of being afraid that it will happen to you, accept that it probably will and prepare for it. If it doesn't happen that's great. But if it does you won't have spent every waking moment dreading it and you'll be more prepared for it.
This site was accurate last two years. Beats the watercooler in my office
Many waves to come. They are trying to artfully stage them in groups.
This is not the last wave. Rumours are that there would be another in October ( for next quarter). It's all about improving quaterly results....
Here
Yes, totally agree on that one... Is it the last wave though?
