i ho-emthe eeoc drags bk to the bench along with rt, they both knowingly fired older engineers whole hr vapidly hired thousands - at the same eaxt time._ we paid $2B in fixed charges for ACT, walked experience out the door, bk cashed in $50M in stock, Andy B is surprised, and two years later, voila, the biggest process ramp mis-execution history in the last two decades...

No class action suits that I know of yet, however, the EEOC is investigating Intel for age discrimination according to this article in [The Verge][https://www.theverge.com/2018/5/28/17401892/intel-age-discrimination-layoffs-investigation] The story is originally from The Wall Street Journal and referenced in the article in The Verge.
