Seems that the total comp range is around 250-300k, in San Jose anyway. Are you getting more or less?

Base is 220k? THE f%ck???
TAC and Services grunts making 220k? What in the world. Telling the customer to reboot their router could be done by nearly anyone.
TL2 in SPNG Engineering:
TC=380K
Base=220K
Bonus=60K (yearly)
RSU=100K (yearly)
These all are liars.
Tac and Services G12 make 220K in San Jose.
H1B should get less, because Cisco pay for attorney and other administrator fee to help them process green card.
