Clubs across the Company are in a shambles! They are delivering poor results, poor execution and pretty much visits are not events to engage leadership , they are brutal sessions because there is Zero leadership of substance in the Field at Market level, and in the Clubs at the GM level. There are exceptions left , waiting furor counting PTO days until retirement.
There are highly Complex difficukt Clubs without proper Leaders , and Clubs in distress that we’re not historically troubled!
We need to restore Serious Quality Experienced Leaders at the Market and Club
Level. Most of all we need them NOW!!
