When No Office Space for MyWork?

Hope everyone had a great long weekend. Our area just got sent back to the office. Many were sent back to office buildings or office space above financial centers. Others were told that their status is "under review" because there are no office buildings nearby or financial centers with room for them. The only financial centers nearby are one story and are just set up for the manager and tellers, no extra rooms or offices. There are quite a few people in this situation, maybe 20 or 30 people. Our org was told that there would be exceptions to returning to office, but no details were given on that. Does anyone know what happens when there are no office buildings nearby and the financial centers have no room? Also, does anyone know what the acceptable percentage allowed to remain in MyWork within the org is? Rumors are 5%, 10%, 20%.

One solution would be to turn Porta-Potty into cubicles.
