I left Xerox a couple of years ago after nearly 30 years. Happy to be gone. The worst part was once you decide to separate from the company the HR folks who are supposed to help you through the transition do everything they can to deny you from getting your retirement benefits. Sometimes they intentionally delay so you miss specific time windows. So be sure to understand what you are entitled to and keep all over them to do the right thing. For me it meant calling daily (sometimes twice a day) for at least a month. They will try to avoid paying out if they can get away with it. So fight for your rights and get out.

If you are in doubt of what you have coming, and how timing can affect what you get due to interest rates and all the complexities involved, contact the Horizon Group in Henrietta. They understand Xerox retirement better than anyone in the area. They have helped many folks make the right choices!
Agreed. HR at Xerox is absolutely terrible.
