In MDC there was a lot of dead wood cut. Now it makes it easier for us to be more productive and get releases out.

At NDC every QA is Principle (it’s a shame to that title) with no storage background, no Unix or Linux background and no one can write “Hello World” in any programming language. High pay, bonuses, LTI and politics.

No work and no contribution to any project, just play games and be part of syndicate.

Look at that QA guy from Lucent, free paycheck for 8 years. What more can we say about Dell EMC !!!

I have seen QA Principal Engineer not filing a single defect of any economic value, have not written a single line of code for automation, could not say a few sentences on features but got silver/gold award every year. No conceptual/functional understanding of any sort. Just copy what others say in a meeting or at best twists two other persons statements and make a new one. These are called the undefined manager and there are quite a few of them at Dell-EMC. With them, the functioning manager runs a syndicate. Even if you are a performer but not part of the syndicate you will be shown the exit door.

Well.. these people charmer rules this rotten company! If you attended meetings you probably heard JK once told we all have favorites! That is standards of corporate governance. With this work culture, they want to be No 1 infrastructure company. Laughable! It is not too far when they will have to file for bankruptcy ...

You would see oldies -- follow their manager's boot licking to the lunch table and return and then continue the same at the manager's cabin.
