Is this sears or Kmart. And they all should be let go. What do they do- Nothing except bark orders why don’t they jump in and help. Oh no they to good for that!! While we have long lines and getting yelled at by customers they just walk by and only 1 person on floor covering all Softlines!!!!!!
No, not all DMs were let go. Some were, but I don’t know the extent of that. My store is in the SE region, and since redistricting, we have the same DM, but are in a new district. I don’t know when the new districts will take effect. I do know that we had one DMIT, who has been “reassigned” to SGM at a store down south. (They congratulated him on Pebble. I guess at sears that’s worthy of congrats...)

No, 4 regions they have both Kmart and Sears formats the some district managers were cut but Kmart only has Kmart Dms and Sears has Sears Dms. For now anyway. Probably in Jan they will combined them.
