They can't legally cut you to part time.
Call the National Labor Board. If people start calling and reporting things left and right instead of just putting up with it maybe they will know they can't just get away with everything they are doing. Just like they tried to cut the wages of the audit team. I'm telling you report, report, report.
They cut you to part time so you will quit, with no cost to the company! Trust me, they know just what their doing.
I was cut to part time with no option of severance.
I am aware of two 79 hour salaried staff pharmacists offered severance OR they can reduce to 48 hour salary. The proposed start for this is 8/18/18. If they haven't spoken to you, its just a matter of time. Staff pharm hours cut, RPh's displaced so it's only a matter of time for the pharmacy managers. Thanks for starting a precedent Kroger!!! Also, thanks to upper management who are able to make these decisions from afar. I feel confident they will still get their salary and bonuses in full, while everyone else pays for the poor business decisions over the past 3 years.
