Cisco India is a big joke. Incompatible people who are left in TAC are ruling the Bangalore Center.

I work in TAC SJC. I'm hearing India TAC is being trimmed since the engineers there can't speak English and don't know much. Lots of customer complaints. Can't verify any of this hit seems legit.
hope it ends soon, would be a big quality increase to avoid indians doing tac, localize tac in Europe and US, everything else is fodder.
I don't have details on the current situation but I can assure you that there has always been massive attrition from the TAC. It is a tough way to make a living.
