Great we have to get 20 new plus per week. Acountability held weekly per market mgr. WOW great way to get rid of us!

It’s so true we are asking the same members over and over again. Trust me we do our job but the members are being rude to us now, how many times you gonna ask etc..
Our poor cashiers.... plus plus, members reactions..”If I wanted a plus I would get it, stop asking me every time I come in.” Never once has Costco asked me after I originally joined.... oh yea, how many plus memberships is that selfcheck got. I’m paying you to ring me up, not do it myself...

eev- get your head out of your a-- and look around. There not saying they aren’t doing their jobs. I’m assuming your in upper management to suggest that we aren’t doing all that we can!
I really hope you “negative Nancy’s” are not on the payroll. If you are in Membership, this is your job. Yet and still you come in here and complain about this and that. Bet your not doing this at bonus time. If your not happy..leave, don’t wish the company to go under because you are miserable. There is not too many places you can go that will give you the job security like Walmart/Sam’s Club does. What a waste of talent.
The plus membership should sell itself if it was worth the money. There is really NO benefit between the Plus and the Saving membership. For every $500 you spend you get $10, Oboy. Instant savings book should only be aimed for our plus members. Maybe this perk will Sway our members towards the Plus Membership.
