What a toxic enviornment WFM has become with this OTS Bull####!
Team Members are at each other's throats because they are on work overload and stressed out.
It's such a shame that the workplace has evolved into this. What used to be a fun, high morale place to look forward to going to work everyday has turned into the exact opposite.
Especially when you have been there several years and you see the decline in team member happiness and morale, it's very depressing.
Not sure how much longer I can stick around and witness this continuation. Trying to hold on as long as I can. I know I'm not alone feeling this way.
