retail is retail whether its corporate or indirect. lets face it end of the day indirect cost vz corp a butt ton less. the reps are paid nuggets by the retailer to stay afloat making vzcorp tons of $$$
Yeah indirect is so tough. That’s why 20 GM’s apply for ever one open position so that they can work “harder”. Typical GM Monday thru Friday 8-5 shifts are a real grinder. Most of the GM’s in my district are not even in the store when they are on the schedule. Indirect the one position in the company where you work less than a GM.
Your ignorance is painfully obvious. Driving and being held accountable for numbers produced by agents that occasionally couldn’t give two sh--s about Verizon initiatives/KPI’s is not what I would call “easy”. Co-employment basically leaves you powerless as far as holding people accountable, so all you can do is smile and nod while your numbers tank. You might want to do some research before you spout more nonsense and look like an even bigger id--t
