Basically the leads have become audit it’s been a f--- your since they eliminated audit.
Yeah, go do your audits, and make sure to work everyones own your inventory.
I don’t know what the F you are talking about but here. Team Leads are run ragged and pretty much on call at any hour.. I have literally started my shift at everygiven hour of the day... but yes there are certain departments where they do nothing. Like Marketing etc.. our grocery lead does nothing but push around a shopping cart doing audits all day. But in there defense they make that person do those ...
Auditing requires effort..a foreign concept to most team leads..the became team leads in hope of not having to put out effort but tell others to do so....
Pretend you’re too busy stocking and making walls of cereal and shower gel look pristine so you won’t have to do any audits yourself. Pawn those audits off on others!
