Something strange has been brewing with optical for months. My first clue was when my independent doctor had to purchase their own payment device and we had to stop collecting the doctor fees. I saw this as a hint that 3rd party is coming.

Three months and we haven’t received new professional signing yet. Please we have to print signs in photo on photo paper. The look is tacky to say the least. Sure cost went down but not really when we have to order the lenses three times to get them right.
Does anybody what will happen to us once the change takes place? What we will be our options?
It’s pretty apparent that we have been bought out. I just wish they would get on with it already
Even our Market manager is fed up, between the rimless/ sport frame issues, vsp, crappy frames and questionable asian lab, plus low sales from price changes- too much change at once. Just had a lady bring in her month old pentax lenses with a defective coating, it looked like the AR was scratched off Inside the lens and was bubbling on outside, she was using our cleaning spray. Bring on NVI already or severance.
Ease up...their just sharing info...we know the inevitable is coming. No need to get testy. Everybody doesn’t know everything so let’s encourage the sharing of info.
