Quite a few stores in my district are talking union, we are sick of write ups and unattainable quotas, we have no stock in the store , but we need to be at $120 accessory take rate, no traffic but our quotas keep going up, and the new comp plan is crap. People are dropping like flies, our DM is a tool and a morale killer , and those that aren't quitting are being coached out of a job.

nows the time to sign, wait till next month back to school your commission quota is going to be through the roof. and you think you will have money for the holidays? think again. christmas quota is going to be higher then ever and the online promotions, bestbuy, walmart, ect... are now always better than instore.

Anyone thinking of going union, reach out to your local CWA rep. They will happily talk you through the process of getting started. The wireline workers have 40,000 members in the union and they have an amazing contract. The more wireless workers that get involved the more power they will have to fight back against these policies. The anti union campaigns from the company can be brutal but it is illegal for them to retaliate against you for doing it. The union has your back the whole way when you start the process. Don’t just talk about it. Do it.

“Calling people out” doesn’t matter. None of the higher ups care about anything. These DMs are untouchable, even though they are lazy and disconnected from the job. Chad McLaughlin is the shadiest of all of them. I wish someone would check those text records. It’s disgusting. HR knows about it and does nothing.

Trust me when I say that higher ups are reading this. You have to be ballsy enough to call out your market/district, and call it how you see it. Union is the approach. Although we’re really anti-union something’s gotta give. We are fed up.

Most in my store are anti union, but see going union as a way to stick it to the company, all are sick of this, micromanaging, write ups, false coachings that are meant to push people out... It's all crap, union is coming VZW, because you treat us like crap, many, many stores are talking loudly about it.

Same here, are we in the same district? Lol. We are getting coached on most ridiculous things, without conversation first, without a chance to speak to what we are accused of/defend ourselves. We are being forced by DM to do unethical things like create abandoned carts for customers. Without customer concent. Minimum requirement 3 carts per day. GM justifies it as a sales tactic. So far all we got is escalations because of this. Don't even get me started on Salesforce...
