In it, workers show their concern about Cloud "seeding", its impact into the traditional business and into not being any longer capable of telling real business from bogus seeding practices. Propose management to control and signal real and seeded business, as a way to make sure these practices do not go too far.
EMEA Management answers there is nothing bad in including a few credits in transaction and, surprisignly, declares seeded Cloud business is not tracked (!).
