The other half were union reps to make sure the lazy Aussies got their full three hours of nap time during the work day.
I remember the good old days when ABU was hiring 100 people a week it seemed. Anyone who could fog a mirror was being sent up there to Burrow Island. Seemed like every other one was a marine biologist to help pet the turtles or feed the blind gudgeons.

ROM in ABU. They didnt cut any jobs from org chart. Not sure why they are going through a ROM. Waste of money and time.
Not sure what this troll is after, but ABU is in a ROM as we speek. Jobs have been posted, everyone must reapply, and some will be left standing when the music stops. Call the process anything you want...
Not sure if serious. Although in Australia, its not considered a "layoff" as most workers are on contracts that have a fixed end date.
