It’s really bad when we pay for a membership to have all the services that go with the card. Now they want us to ring up our own purchases!

I haven't been through a cashier manned register at any store for the last two years.
Self check out is just faster for me. Only reason it takes awhile to ring out is if the moron customers in front of me can't understand prompts or technology.
Its pretty simple as long as members continue to check themselves out then they will continue to add more self checkouts. Just like Walmart, for years you had to stand in line at the checkout. They have over 30 registers across the front and only have 4 or 5 open so for years they been doing this and now they are adding self checkouts and guess what customers flock to them so they don't have to stand in one of now 3 registers that are open. Its pretty simple as long as you and other member continue to renew your membership and it looks like you are a plus member then they will continue to add more self checkouts and keep pushing scan and go. Customers control what they company does. Keep renewing and they have no reason to change what they are doing you are telling them yea I may complain about checking myself out but its ok because im going to give you my $100.00 a year to shop here. So either shut up and quit b--ching or freaking dont renew your membership. If you are going to check yourself out then just as well use scan and go and save yourself a trip thru the register.

Your just p-ss-d cause you can’t whine to management and tell some sort of lie how I was rude and treated you like the piece of sh-- you are.

If you don't want to help the member or the customer ....I am sure that there is some other warm body that would gladly have your job.....go crawl back into your self righteous hole as your a waste of payroll.

We pay for a membership. But we ring ourselves up? We have to pay ourselves to checkout. We pay 100.00 a month for a membership and we have to check ourselves out . It’s not about being lazy or the cashiers it’s the point we pay good money to join .
and so we stand back and watch as the implosion gains speed. Smh

id rather use the self checkouts ,,it saves me from dealing with the incompetent untrained cashiers not to mention how rude and unfriendly they are,,smh
