For those no longer with SWN, you really should count your blessings and consider yourself luckier than a two di$& dog! Those that are still there are wondering why, and they’re stuck in the cycle of dysfunction. It’s an ELT $hit show up there.

Did I hear this right - BIS dumped a quarter of the staff and then added new managers and promoted a clueless new director? Was added layers of chiefs holding council over a diminishing number of warriors what Price Waterhouse recommended?
