Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Former SsS

It’s been since February that I left WFM and boy am I glad I did. After reading through the endless posts on here about everyone’s current situation I am extremely grateful i left this collapsing hell hole. On occasion I still visit my old place of work, and man are they struggling! A mixture of tagnetics and paper tags on railing (they obviously got a lazy individual for the job) Before leaving I sent out a beautiful email to everyone in store and regional. (I called out a couple of people) Now every time I walk in, management and a couple of the team leaders don’t even look at me, or I just get the “stare”. Keep up Woody Dog Lands! Aka W-D-L peeps

Leave with pride not with a stride...

OP- Good for you on getting a new job. You sound as though you were bitter prior to leaving and perhaps still need to work some of this out of your system. Just remember to keep your house clean and if can find a way to mostly put Whole Foods in your past. The company is truly not worth it. Trust me, I know.

OMG! LOL! You nailed it! Younger people can’t spell, but they know lexicons and crap like that. We could have had more sales every day if there weren’t so many in the warehouse and hallways on their phones.

Grammer? Don't you mean Grammar? Also, I believe the response was using a hybrid of ebonics and modern texting shorthand that our smart youngsters use because they are in a hurry to do important stuff like stare at their phones.
