Another good quarterly result. When will business conditions support restoration of the last 1% of company match removed 10 years as part of a "temporary" cost action during the great recession? Removal happened in a day and it has been 10 years of this "temporary" cost action. The recent restoration of 1% earlier this year was welcomed though the change in policy regarding when the match was to provided was not well received. (1 time yearly payment contingent on being employed as of Dec 15 each year. Any termination (voluntary or otherwise) would result in entire benefit defaulting back to company (HR self-described employee retention mechanism).
