Nothing else matters. Not chip architecture or design, not even advanced process technology. Diversity is the only thing that matters and will make Intel great again.

Chip architecture and design, as well as advanced process technology are what the competition has DONE to move ahead of Intel.
Firing experienced enginweers while hiring diversity at the same time, then there is a problem. RT created organizational chaos while HR drank the ACT cool aid, its hiring machine never missing a beat while loyal employees with deep experience on fabs were thrown out like garbage. fast forward... any surprise that two years later 10nm is completely MIA?
the worst part... we didnt even achieve hc reduction while harming the workforce. with the 10nm fiasco, and a heavily leveraged balance sheet (thanks bk), we will now have to make hard cuts in 2019, but starting with a less enthused work force.
There is a diverse variety of stinking BO.
What diversity? Top management folks are all Indians.

BK is careless on diversity. He promote diversity hard because he wants to make the one who spread legs for him happy. He kick RJ, DB out because they don't listen to him, no diversity question asked. BK's diversity really damaged Intel and thousands hard working American's life.
Record revenue and record bonuses continue so diversity hiring is not an issue.
The top elites push diversity as a way to enhance their own position, by filling the hierarchy with controllable know-nothings. But one day, these know-nothings eventually bubble to the top, and doom the company/country.
@csx - This is OP. I'm a Hispanic in my 30s, not what you expected? I don't have a problem with diversity, but DO have a problem with diversity for diversity's sake which is what Intel and some other companies have been championing. When diversity trumps merit and all other priorities take a backseat, you have an issue like what Intel is facing right now. I hope Intel becomes the glaring example of what NOT TO DO with respect to diversity.
