Given the exits in Supply C - org health is not rising. Bad leaders and voluntary exits - upper management does nothing except congratulate themselves on quarter results. Congratulations to those who have left. Morale just keeps going down....regardless of the sh-- HR keeps churning out.

I read in the news that employee morale was on the upswing. But what’s funny is the number of people leaving for other jobs now is increasing with the uptick in industry activity. The company might actually turn around now with most of the hedges off but still sh--ty mgmt left over from before. Alex should make it his mission to slowly get rid of them.

Communication Advisor a.k.a spin doctor? Do you suppose it may have anything to do with their image problem? Perhaps it's someone has to write little Z's emails, he's incapable of doing it himself.
Have a lot of offices to fill in the new building. Nice to get out of the second tallest building in Calgary.
