Sears Holdings Expiration Date is when Eddie decides to close his checkbook and not put anymore of his money into the company.

All depends how long it takes to sell the remaining assets in a fashion that makes it look appropriate for ESL to purchase them.

They have to fail just right to make it look like it's a good thing for sears not eddie

Very interesting read what else can you say how can anyone honestly think Sears can turn around the company. The company has shrunk the debt is in an all time high. Assets are almost gone so what is it going to do? I think 2018 is it. If some how it pulls to extend till 2019, thats it no 2020 no damn way.
