Our STL has been in his office with the door closed alot lately, not normal thats for sure.
Something is up. There was an STL meeting today at the regional office in our region.
When I cashiered, I was handed dirty diapers and gum straight from peoples mouths. I love when people on cell phones put up the finger to shush me while the line of customers behind them got furious because the were not paying and getting out of the way.dnt get me started about people bringing non service animals inside and them ripping you a new one when you mention that little law that keeps feces out of food. I am sure this isn’t just Whole Foods, I went to a restaurant the other day and when sat got a full loaded diaper in my chair. Who changes a diaper at a table while eating.
For the negative comments on here.. Don't you realize the people that wait on you are students, mothers, dads and grandparents?
For the majority.. Customers are self centered, sloppy and rude. I almost feel sorry for them. They are always on their phones, they bring one bag to pack a whole carrot groceries and they don't watch their children.
They hand me their empty wrappers, cups, and sample containers :(
People have become so self absorbed. It's very troubling and very sad.
Change is scary. Sure, no one knows short and long term changes. Let's face it, wholefoods had to sell for many reasons. I think, if anything, this transition agreement has given teammmembers time to evaluate alternative careers and career paths.

I doubt they are going to walk in with hatchets and get rid of everyone yet.
Although most likely they have been working “behind the curtain “ getting ready for the change-over.
