Curious to know if any people let go last summer are finding their way back to Nike. Those laid off June 15 are now eligible. Yes, many will not want to go back, but some do.

Ask yourself this first, how many people do you know that are happy there? We all know the answer to it.
Not many.
Nike isn’t Nike anymore.
I keep getting calls from recruiters for jobs there, and there is no way I'd ever go back.
How desperate would people have to be to put up with that garbage culture?
And people wonder why victims go back to their abusers. Very similar here.
The same morally bankrupt mo--ns are still in charge of most divisions.
Why go back?
Why would someone willingly go back? The place wasn’t broken enough for you the first time? There are better places to work in Portland even in the industry.
I won't go back. I am working at a great company with wonderful Core Values that people truly embrace. I've had a couple of Nike friends reach out to me in the last few weeks and happily declined.
Don't hold your breath. Seriously doubt Nike would ever hire back more than 2 or 3 percent of the people who were laid off, unless you have a very particular set of skills they are desperate for. I could be wrong, hope I'm wrong, but almost sure I'm not. Can anyone else weigh in on this? I don't think I would want to go back, but I'm curious if others have tried and succeeded in getting re-hired?
