The reason why waco has no work force is because there was no union. Termination is easy when there is no union. Regardless how good the “value added” employees were/are, they are only as good as the quality designed into product. Waco, you have parameters.....if you follow those instead of trying to set an unacheivable bar, then knock the chip off your shoulder, you might be more productive and not fail. I also recommend team work, regardless who the team is made up of. I learned about team work in kindergarten! If you do not take this advice....it will not be good.
